Q: What is the turnaround time on jewelry?
A: Each piece is handmade here in our studio and can take 2-4 weeks for recycled .925 pieces and 5-6 weeks for our vermeil to ship out. Due to current issues with postal carriers these timelines may be affected by outside forces. You will receive a tracking number notification once your item is ready to depart the studio. These lead times are estimated and subject to change due to the ever evolving current global situation.
Q: I see you guys offer Gold Plating! Can you tell me more about your Vermeil process?
A: Pronounced Ver- May our Gold Vermeil option consists of the item being casted in recycled Solid .925 Sterling Silver then it is electrically coated and dipped in Solid recycled 18k Gold Vermeil. The piece is then E-Coated so that way the Gold Vermeil plating is made durable and to last.
Q: Where are your pieces made?
A: Every piece is casted and made right here in Richmond, Virginia. We believe in creating as low of a carbon footprint as possible and were pretty proud of it.
Q: So all pieces are .925 Sterling Silver but my order arrived unstamped, how come?
A: Using recycled .925 Sterling Silver in no way effects our pieces purity, however because we want to shout from the rooftops how cool it is to use recycled materials we're in the process of having our own special stamps created. We are now in the process of updating all of our product molds with this new purity stamp but it does take a bit of time especially as a new brand. We hope to have all our item offerings arrive with this new stamp by the end of 2021!
Q: Oh my god I love your work and need it in my shop! Do you Wholesale?

Q: How is my order shipped?
A: We currently ship with USPS as we believe in supporting our local post office. If you live in a large city or have had package issues in the past please email email@example.com so we can add signature confirmation to your order to avoid calamity.
Q: What kind of packaging do you use?
A: We use 80% recycled boxes for our packaging made in North Carolina to assist with lowering our footprint. With the 20% of real tree pulp needed to complete the boxes every time a tree is harvested 2 more are planted in its place. Please be sure to recycle these when they are no longer needed. We also use recycled faux suede reusable bags as well to package the jewelry giving a bit of something extra that can continue to be reused.
Q: I love items from your other brand Mercury Hour! Can I combine my shipping from Reposeux and Mercury Hour purchases?
A: So glad you love both of our brands! Sadly at this time due to them being totally unique sites and processing times we do not offer combined shipping across the brands.
Q: My order has been lost!
A: Please before reaching out to us create a claim with your local postal service. Once a claim is created we can see if your lost item qualifies for our insurance program. Not all lost orders qualify which leaves us not responsible for lost goods, should you think your order may present an issue of loss of theft email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist in avoiding this issue before it happens.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: YES! We do ship internationally and offer tracking information up until the package arrives to your country. After the package left the US, Reposeux is not responsible for delays in shipping and cannot provide tracking past the US border. International customers are responsible for all import duties and customs that may be charged by their respective countries. Payment may be necessary to release your order from customs prior to the package being delivered. Reposeux is not liable for lost or stolen packages, but do email us if an issue arises and we will do the best we can to try to help resolve it!
Returns and Repairs
Q: Do you allow for order cancelations once an orders been placed?
A: Because of the nature of being a handmade small business and the fees associated with order cancelations, we cannot process order cancelations at ANY point after an orders been placed. Please be sure you LOVE your cart items before purchasing.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have up to 5 days from items arrival to report any defect or damage to your piece in order to be able to receive a choice between an exchange for a new same item or credit towards a different item. We do not offer returns as each item is handmade taking a great amount of time on each and every piece.
Q: I love my ring but I ordered the wrong size
A: You have up to 5 days from items arrival to report the need of a resizing to exchange your order for a proper fit. We allow for one free resizing after purchase any more resizings after that will result in a production fee.
Q: Do you repair broken Reposeux pieces?
A: Yes, we always offer repairs for any pieces that may have become damaged over time. Please contact us at email@example.com for more information on this process along with lead times, fees associated or if your piece qualifies for free repair within our window of warranty.
